Soil: Sand and clay soil
Winemaking: Classic white vinification. Destemming, gentle pneumatic press. Fermentation temperature at 16-20 degrees C. Conservation in stainless steel tanks on the lees for 6 months. Stabilization, filtering and bottling. 
Vineyard: Volacus wine vineyard is located near Falatados village on Tinos island. The area is unique due to the lunar landscape that the thousand round rocks scattered all over the area form. Among these granitic stones called volakes, which were formed approximately twenty million years ago, the vines grow and offer grapes of distinctive flavor.
Alcohol: 12.5%
