Vinification techniques: Red wine vinification techniques, using grapes grown in Domaine Spiropoulos’s organically cultivated vineyards in Nemea. After careful
processing of the Agiorgitiko grapes in our winery in, we age the wine in French oak barrels (225 lit) for at least 12 months.

Tasting characteristics: Deep red in colour, with hints of cherry, ripe red fruits, wood, vanilla and spices, Domaine Spiropoulos Nemea with its full-bodied flavour can be aged for at least 5 years, or it can be enjoyed from today.
