Aslanis Merlot red wine, has a deep red colour. It is a beautiful bouquet of ripe red fruits (wild strawberries, cherries) and spices (cinnamon, vanilla). Moreover, it’s a mature wine, full bodied with a long aftertaste.
The method Aslanis winery uses is classic red wine vinification. Additionally, extraction lasts for 14 to 18 days in controlled temperatures. Finally, it matures for 12 months in fresh French oak barrels.
